Legal Guarantee of Conformity

1. LEGAL GUARANTEE FOR CONSUMERS

Products sold by Cooedil to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable Italian law.

The legal guarantee protects the consumer if the purchased product has a defect of conformity existing at the time of delivery or that appeared within the period established by law.

2. DURATION OF THE GUARANTEE

For new goods, the legal guarantee lasts for two years from the date of delivery of the product.

The rights provided by the legal guarantee cannot be excluded or limited by these conditions.

3. WHEN A PRODUCT MAY BE NON-CONFORMING

A product may be non-conforming when, for example:

· it does not correspond to the description provided on the website;

· it does not have the characteristics indicated on the product page;

· it is not suitable for the use normally intended for goods of the same type;

· it has defects that compromise its ordinary use;

· it is delivered in a version different from the one purchased.

4. AVAILABLE REMEDIES

In case of a defect of conformity, the consumer may be entitled, as provided by law, to the restoration of conformity by means of:

· repair; or

· replacement.

If these remedies are not possible, are not carried out correctly, or are not applicable according to current legislation, the consumer may be entitled to:

· a proportional reduction in price; or

· the termination of the contract and a refund.

· order number;

· name used for the purchase;

· description of the problem;

· photographs of the product, if available;

· photographs of the packaging, if relevant.

Photographs can help us process the request more quickly but do not limit the rights recognized to the consumer by law.

6. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND LEGAL GUARANTEE

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to change their mind about the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

The legal guarantee, on the other hand, concerns defective or non-conforming products and, for new goods, lasts two years from delivery.
